Miles Lifting Club – Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If your preferred size is not available, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at milesliftingclub@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
