All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer $3 standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee (delivery in 1–3 business days).
International Shipping
At this stage, Miles Lifting Club ships only within Australia. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that unexpected delays (e.g., postal service delays, public holidays, or high volume periods) may occur.
Shipping Address
